Meet the Owner
Peggy Peters opened Teammates on October 22, 2018. This has been a dream of Peggy's for many years. Peggy is a retired teacher of Stow Munroe Falls City Schools and was a special education teacher or aide for 30 years.
Meet our SUPERVISORS
Ryan Bailey
Ryan Graduated from Stow Munroe Falls High School in 2017 and is currently working towards his marketing major. Ryan took Teammates in high school his senior year and instantly fell in love with it. Ryan took the first opportunity he had to work at Teammates in June of 2019 and is now a key part of our administration team as he took on the role of client supervisor in April of 2021. Since joining the administration team Ryan has seen the number of individuals grow more than 100%. Ryan has been able to continue to do his job extraordinarily well and continues to show Teammates the value he has is rare and a key asset to the team in any position he has held.
Olivia Schneider
Olivia has been with us since February of 2019. Olivia Graduated from Stow Munroe Falls High School in 2015 and Baldwin Wallace University in 2018. Olivia works with our individuals from the Hudson area and is the supervisor at Hudson. Olivia has been a hard worker and continues to show her loyalty to Teammates as her time continues at Teammates Center. Olivia has also been a driver at Teammates for a few years and continues to impress Teammates Center and the families in Hudson. Olivia has been a strong asset in any of the previous or current positions she has or is currently holding. Olivia is now the supervisor at our Hudson Location!
JoAnn Lightel
JoAnn started working with Teammates full time in September of 2019. JoAnn recently retired from her previous job and has been a very nice addition to the Teammates staff. JoAnn is a hard working dedicated supervisor for our Waterloo location. She also is trained to drive at Teammates.
Dimitri Gonidakis
Dimitri graduated from Stow High School in 2017. Dimitri has been a joy to have and has a fantastic relationship with all of the individuals who attend Teammates Center. Although Dimitri never took the Teammates class in high school and no previous experience in this field, he has jumped in and helped since he started with Teammates in November of 2019. Although Dimitri didn't have any previous experience he was able to demonstrate how great of an employee he was and quickly became a supervisor. Since then Dimitri has been able to help start our complex needs program, he has continued to show excellent growth. Dimitri has also been driving for Teammates since he started.
Derek Lightel
Derek Lightel joined Teammates staff in February 2020. He is a great addition to our team and is one of them team leads at out Portage location and plans to join Dimitri in the complex needs program. Derek also is a driver for Teammates Center. He attended Tallmadge High School and graduated in 2018.
Isaiah Sampsel
Isaiah took teammates for two years of high school at Stow and he loved everything about it. Isaiah loves seeing all the faces everyday at work and believes it is the best job he has ever had. Isaiah has been with us since January of 2022 and works with the individuals at our Waterloo center and is also the supervisor there.
Micheal Christian
Michael graduated with a master's degree in social work from University of Akron in 2014. He worked in the field of chemical dependency prior to starting Teammates in March of 2021. He loves working with the individuals served at Teammates because they are so much fun! Mike also works with individuals in the C.R.E.W program.
Teagan Hallaran
Teagan just recently started at Teammates center. She has been participating in teammates all throughout her high school career. She loves working with the clients because it brings lots of joy to her life. She is graduated in May of 2022. She plans on attending Stark state in the fall of 2022 for special education. Teagan is now our supervisor at our Munroe Falls center
Andrea Sokira
Andrea joined Teammates in March of 2021. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in psychology from KSU in 2022. She loves building connections with each individual and learning through each moment how to support them better!
Nick Peters
Nick joined Teammates in March of 2022 and is now a team lead at out Ravenna/ Portage center. Nick enjoys spending time and talking to all of the clients. Nick graduated from Talmadge high school in 2023 and participated in the construction career program at Kent Roosevelt high school.
Bri Knull
Bri joined Teammates in June of 2023. She graduated from North Royalton high school in 2021 and is now on the way of pursuing a degree in early childhood at Kent State University. Bri is a driver for our team and is also the Supervisor at our Stow center.
Joey Peters
Joey started working with Teammates in June of 2021. He loves the work at Teammates and has been a great addition to the team. He grew up getting to know different skill sets as he grew up with his mom being the special education teacher at Stow Munroe Falls High School, and more recently as the Owner of Teammates Center LLC. Joey played baseball and football for Stow and graduated in May of 2022. Joey attends Ohio University and plans to graduate in 2026 with a degree in special education.
Rachel Snyder
Rachel Snyder graduated from Field High School in 2019. Rachel plans on attending Aultman college of nursing in the Fall of 2021 to pursue a nursing career. Rachel joined Teammates in November of 2020, and her love for all of the individuals grows more each and everyday, and their bright smiles lights up every room.
Sam Angerstein
Sam started working with Teammates in January of 2023. He graduated from Tallmadge high school in spring of 2023 and plans to attend Kent State majoring in architecture. Sam loves working and talking to clients and recognizing there strengths and weaknesses.
Shatica Wilkes
Tica is a great addition to our staff at Teammates as she is a team lead at our Waterloo center. Tica is a very passionate worker that in the end of the day only cares about the safety and well being of our clients.
Kaleb Spicer
Kaleb is a great addition for our Fairlawn center as he is the supervisor for there. Kaleb is very kind and understanding of all of our clients but especially our Fairlawn group. Kaleb has really stepped up and has been a great addition to the team.
Leo Michalak
Leo graduated from Tallmadge high school in 2023 and now is working at Teammates full time. Leo loves working with our Fairlawn group and does very well there.
