Teammates Center LLC. will help individuals learn to Communicate, Rehearse, Educate, and Work while attending the C.R.E.W. program. After joining our C.R.E.W. program, each teammate will complete an assessment and become part of the JV, Varsity, College or Professional team within the C.R.E.W. program. Each of these levels of C.R.E.W. are explained in more detail below. Each teammate will practice the following skills throughout the C.R.E.W. program to help each teammate accomplish their goal of obtaining a job and becoming more independent.
Once the teammate has entered the C.R.E.W. program and has already been given an assessment they will be placed on our JV team.
After the completion of the JV team, each teammate will graduate to the Teammates Varsity team.
Once graduating the Teammates Varsity team, teammates move to the Teammates College team
Lastly, once graduating Teammates College, each Teammate will become C.R.E.W. Professionals.
The JV team will work on multiple skills, with a 1 year outline to move to the teammates Varsity team. If needed the teammate can extend their one year on the JV team but the goal is to earn their spot on the Varsity team in one year or sooner. Teammates JV will work on hygiene skills, learning about jobs, appropriate break times, and many other skills prior to graduating to the Varsity team.
After a teammate has been graduated to the varsity team, they will complete the varsity skill set to graduate to the teammates college team. Graduating from Teammates Varsity to Teammates College has a 1 year outline but can be extended longer as needed per teammate. The skill set is listed on the Teammates C.R.E.W. outline in the Administration handbook. Upon starting the Varsity team each teammate will receive the outline specific to what each individual needs to accomplish prior to graduating to Teammates College such as deciding what type of job they are interested in, building job stamina etc.
When on the College Team each teammate will work on the skill set provided on the Teammates C.R.E.W. outline to move towards competitive employment, also known as a Teammates Professional team. Each teammate will work on the College team with an outline of 1-4 years unless more time is needed to achieve their ultimate goal of independence and obtaining a competitive employment job. While on the College team each teammate will work on filling out job applications, mock interviews, real interviews, finding job openings, figuring out their schedule and much more before graduating to the Teammates Professional team.
After each teammate graduates each of these teams, Teammates does not leave the individual off to themselves until they are ready to be completely independent. Teammates Center LLC. continues to do check-ins and job coaching as often as needed and helps each teammates stay employed at the job of their choice.

The Teammates C.R.E.W. program will focus on Independent Employability Skills or I.E.S. while each teammate is a part of the Teammates JV and Varsity team. Throughout the time spent on Teammates JV and Varsity, Teammates will help each teammate learn and understand the importance of I.E.S. and gain a better knowledge and skillset to work towards competitive pay and graduating to the two teams closer to employment. Once each teammate has been called up to the College or Professional team, Teammates will stop I.E.S. services and work on Supported Employment or S.E. and job coaching. Teammates C.R.E.W. will help each teammate in the College or Professional team gain complete independence by following the College and Professional teams outlines including S.E. and Job Coaching so the teammate can not only earn the competitive job they want, but so each individual can keep their job when they have been hired.
Each individual will work on a set of skills and will better themselves within the skillset each person is working towards with the guidance of Teammates Staff. The C.R.E.W. program at teammates will allow each teammate to work towards competitive employment. Prior to starting C.R E.W. each teammate will complete an assessment given by the teammates staff at one of our volunteer sites, so Teammates Center LLC. can help each teammate grow in the areas they need help and expand on the set of skills the teammate already comprehends.
